I've never had one. My trainer did and said she didn't think it was accurate. I have the POLARFT4 heart rate monitor ... Only $65 on Amazon and I loveeee it ! Everyone I go to the gym with also has the polar and none of us have had any issues!

I am pear shaped and at my largest weighed 185 Lbs ( I am 5'7 ). I have lost 29 Lbs and the fat on my hips is starting to finally disappear. my hips are wide but there is hope if mine have gotten smaller yours will to. stick with it!

I wasn't intending to start an argument and im not saying the way I CHOOSE to be healthy/eat healthy is the only way. My stomach has shrunk and toned considerably from 4 months of clean eating and working out. Cutting processed foods and eating at a calorie deficit will def give you results. Also drink nothing but water & green tea (lots) and be patient. The results will come ! Good luck.

Yes! But I saw a huge difference in my energy within a week or two of changing my diet. I was consuming way too much processed foods and sodium before .. Once I switched to veggies and fruit and protein i really saw a difference.

Yeah I think I'll do the chicken fajitas and not use the tortilla. Any clue how I would track that calorie wise .. Obviously it will be an estimate

Good idea I love squash & zucchini ! I'm more tempted by the margarita (holy calories) than the chips LOL so my plan is to DD so I have no choice but to drink water.

I am really good about weighing meat... not so good about fruit and other things sometimes when im in a rush its easier to throw it in a measuring cup but i can work on that... i guess i will try upping my calories which i do on days that im at the gym for 2 hrs anyway...

Yes i have and i use a food scale. how much more do i need to eat ? I am satisfied im never starving myself or going to bed hungry....... and i have a polar HRM so the calorie burns should be accurate ....
