I do egg white omelet and turkey sausage or I do oatmeal. Both give me energy for my workout and keep me full.

I am 5'5" 138 and have a space between my thighs but I have wide hips. I would much rather have a lower body fat % than a space. You look great so who cares about a space.

I do HIIT on the rowing machine, 50 at max, then 75 meters at moderate for 15 minutes. It's a great workout!!

I try to not eat back my exercise calories unless I am just starving.

I eat my emotions as well. I had a tough day at work and finally sit down last night to relax and all I wanted was junk food...ugh I need self control.

I have been doing that as well, getting a little tired of it but just makes thing so much easier. I have lost 2 lbs each week along with working out so not going to change things yet.

I just recently started and some of the exercises are so hard for me to do and I feel like I am pretty athletic. I am going to try and stick with it.

You sound just like me...two summers ago I was a lean 135 pounds 21% body fat...now here I am 143 and 28% body fat....I need some motivation for my reckless eating.
