I started at 300 pounds. First and most important thing is PORTION CONTROL!!! Use this site, and its wonderfulness in the food diary, that is what keeps me on track. I don't know what your medical insurance situation is, but I also work with a nutritionist.

I edited the post, but they have to cool on the cookie sheet, not on a and in the recipe I posted you could probably swap out the sugar for granular splenda, and I know splenda makes a brown sugar mix too......but you could use all splenda also. I have made it with just all regular sugar and it tastes good also.

I JUST got my Zumba Exhilarate DVD box set in the mail (less than 30 mins ago) I currently do Zumba on my Wii, I like it a lot. Add me and I will let you know what I think of the DVD set as I use it more.

Nuva ring is also hormones, it is just absorbed from the ring. So it is not non hormonal. And if you can put in a tampon you can use nuva ring. They are allowing long term IUD's now for people who have not had children, talk to ur doc on what ones are available for you.
