  • Personally I believe that unless it comes from the faucet, a fresh fruit or a liquor bottle its not worth drinking. I havent had soda in 5 months and dont miss it at all. Diet sodas have all these chemicals, you may as well be drinking soda. Don't poison your body with soda, chemicals, sugar, etc. Blech!

  • I started dieting/exercise hardcore back on June 22nd (when I joined MFP). I weighed 201lbs (I' 5'7") and restricted to 1200 calories a day.
