Hi. Mom of 2 boys, preteen & teen, wanting to lose 30-35 pounds.

I've been drinking Advocare Spark to help wean myself off diet drinks. Has a little caffeine & B vitamins to give you a little pep. Sugar free. It's been a good substitute for me. Trying to cut out coffee & Coke Zero. Went from coffee 1st thing in AM & sipping coke Zero most of the day to 2 Sparks a day & water rest of day.

How do I log wii fit plus calories burned on MFP? I did an hour of yoga. Do I put it as cardio or strength? dosen't really fit either does it?

I've had a burst T12 fracture & surgery(2 rods & 8 screws). I was told not to run. I walk, use the elliptical, Wii fit, Zumba, swim...it's just the pounding (impact) that you have to be careful with. I can do a lot of exercise DVDs as well, I just have to stay away from jumping jacks, jumping rope & jarring things like…
