I own one. Bought it second hand from my mother-in-law. I have a monthly goal of one mile a day and if I don't make my goal every month then I have to get rid of it. I see too many people not use theirs and I am not going to be like that! :smile:

Firefighter/Paramedic is the main job. I work an office job three/10's a week as well as keep the books for our business and farm. Married with kids. Love the topic, 'Got STRESS???' got my attention :)

I get up at 4:15 to drive 30 minutes to the gym (which is two blocks from my work) I know I am going to fell so much better after I get my workout in! But it's hard! My bed is so warm my husband is so cuddly it' hard to get out of bed. Good luck to you!

Not a nurse but work in the health care field. I wear a heart rate monitor. It's the only way to know. Figure what the heck I have to wear a watch anyway might as well use it for good :)

A friend of mine is a exercise sports psychologist and is always talking about how amazed she is that so many smart people go to trainers and don't ask if they have anything more than an online degree. You would never got to a doctor who has an online degree so why would you take medical/ dietary advice…
