Congratulations!!!! That is a huge accomplishment. Really proud of you. Way to go! (Now, I'm a glass half full person, but 2:40 is a major goal. I think 2:50 is more realistic. The faster you get, the harder it is to get faster and faster. And you want to stop and take photos . . . just saying.) HAVING SAID THAT, I'M FULLY…

I have found them to be accurate (on average, over time). However, you really have to know what you're doing and stay honest (portion sizes, logging everything that you put in your mouth). Some vitamins have calories. Crystal light has a small amount of calories. Don't over estimate exercise. Drink your water, et al.

Unbelievable! You look so happy. I'm so happy for you and proud of you!!! Thanks a ton for sharing. WOW :flowerforyou:

Ripped in 30!

I think that if I stalled for two months, I'd changea things up. Two years . . . definately time to change. Any change is good. Since you workout for a living, you can't change much in the workout department, but do what you can. Start swimming, take days off, go roller skating. Do something different. And in the eating…

Yay, good job! :flowerforyou: I'm still working on today. It is only 4:30 here.

OMG poor you. Think of you're reward now for making it thru this nightmare. For me, it would be Taco Bell for lunch! (tostada + bean burrito).

Switch to maintence and get back into the habit of doing all you need to do. Start with logging religiously! Whatever you do, DON'T GAIN ANY MORE BACK! Eventually, you will be in the mood to lose again.

WATER = swim, water aerobics, jog in place in the water, you name it. It is THE BEST way to burn calories, recover, and stay injury free.

1200 calories is tough no doubt. In order not to starve, I plan to eat protein at each meal (I'm a vegetarian so that means, peanut butter, hummus, cheese, yogurt, or bean, etc.). Then I add lots of fruits and veggies and a little fat. Typical would be: breakfast: light yogurt + tea (100 calories) snack: fruit (60…

taken 10 minutes to discover how much I could eat to simply maintain my weight and not GAIN! I just kept ignorantly gaining and gaining and gaining as if I had no control. I felt like I had no control. I am othewise intellent. It is just inexplicable to me! Learning a lot now I'll tell you!

5'2" and a very small frame. My goal is 108. My healthy weight range is 101-134. I've been 108 before and was not at all skin and bones. I loved myself at that weight. I have two pictures of myself at that weight to motivate me!

My gym instructor explained that machines are programed (with one set of info = average). The machine does not know your age, gender, weight, etc. MFP does. As between a machine and MFP, I'd go with MFP, unless it is your machine and you were able to program it. I have heard that a good heart rate monitor is the most…

You can also go to "check in", then "edit previousl entries" and you can enter or change your weight on any day in the past. It doesn't automatically carry to your ticker, so you have to change it in both places.

You won't be able to be in a healthy happy relationship until this one is ended. He's a anchor around your neck. Regardless of why, he's a user and dysfunctional. You're vunerable and he's there. It is hard to say no when you don't have other plans. Make other plans. Move on. Getting rid of this jerk will be akin to losing…

Sorry. Sounds like detox indeed. Now that you are already sick (and already detoxing) ride it out. Sounds like your body wants to clean house! Stick with it. Going back and forth is not healthy at all. Let your body make the adjustment. Be easy on yourself. This too shall pass.

Oh, that's big. Hard work. Keep it up!

Swimming, water aerobics, yoga, eventually walking (you can walk inside a mall in bad weather). Try to move more. Don't think of it as exercise. Try going to the same class. Become a regular. Make friends. Then it is more tolerable. Good luck. Been there.

Better than peanut butter is a great option for certain things . . . like with a banana. YUMMY! Generally it is sweater and not as thick. Because it is sweater, it tastes great on a banana or in a sandwhich (you can even use less jelly) and you don't notice. Now if you are wanting that salty thick taste that you are used…

Made me cry. You're obviously a beautiful person on the inside. I'm so happy that you are now beautiful on the outside. More importantly, you're going to live a long and healthy life now. Keep it up lady.

I hear you! I got sick of the silliness and the guessing. For about $40, I purchased the most awesome scale!!!! Not only does it tell the truth, it tells the whole truth and nothing but the truth. It measures weight, body fat %, muscle, water % and bone! OMG, I'm in love! It is easy to use and very reliable. It is the…

If your clothes are loose then you know you've lost inches. Measuring is more of an art than a science (to me). Are you doing any strengh training? I lost a lot of wight but noone noticed until I started doing circuit training - actually Ripped in 30! It is changing my shape. I am getting toned! Keep up the process.…
