Not even a treat in my opinion.....but apparently a popeye's biscuit has 260 calories???? I wouldn't have eaten it had I known.

So how much do you think? I've been putting it in my salads and by the end of the day, I've accumulated about 2 Tbsp daily which making my daily fat intake elevated.

I'm a huge fan of the WW plan.....the old one. I tried to re-join last year-after having my baby- (after they came out with the new points plus) and hated the new system. It's too complicated-too much effort...I didn't have time to learn this whole new plan. IMO, it's easier to just track your calories if you have a good…

agreed! The bad part is that I lose my boobs first....so I look like I have even smaller boobs in proportion until the rest of my body loses.....

I love the idea of wearing cute workout clothes to the gym.....unfortantly, those outfits are expensive so I wear shorts and a T-shirt. To be honest, if you were to ask me what everyone was wearing at the gym the last time I went, I'd have no idea. Whatever gets you to the gym is what you should wear :)

great job! Can I ask how many calories you were eating and your original weight? Just wondering because with all this talk about not eating enough, I'm not sure if I'm eating enough..... I also just started the shred and am on day 3! I would love to have the results you had! :)

I used to tan when I was younger!!! LOVED the way it made me look. But it's not worth it....the increased risk of skin cancer you would be getting in order to maintain that look..... :( I did tan just before my wedding for a couple weeks, gradually....it was worth it that one time....but it's just not sustainable.

Agree with all of the above. Also, note that if you are wearing the same size underwear in both pictures, they now fit better.....I think your butt actually looks the same size, maybe just a bit smaller....and defiantly lifted
