i feel ya girl! i have the same problem here! my support at home seems to just disappear when i REALLY need it. and when i am not having the support i need at home, i just remember, I AM HERE FOR ME! and I NEED TO DO THIS FOR ME! if people don't understand that, then i just try not to worry about them. just remember, you…

@ cwyatt1119 - i absolutely LOVE my iud. it has actually made my TOM so much easier. i like it better then i ever did with the pill....so i think that one is staying :D lol thanks for the other suggestions everyone. i may have to get myself some vitamins. i didn't even think of that. and i could possibly still be getting…

thanks for your replies. i do try to get veggies and fruits when i can. right now, it's eat what we have in the house cause of lack of $ for what i REALLY want/need. i so wish healthier food was less expensive!

it all depends on what your weight actually is. with my 1st baby, i gained around 10 pounds roughly. and with my second, i didn't really gain, i may have actually lost 10 pounds. i was 275-290 during my pregnancies. and the doctor told me that as long as i was eating properly, and getting my vitamins, that it was ok - FOR…

heaviest weight: 356 (also my MFP starting weight) current weight: 317 goal weight: 150 it is a challenge, but it is worth it for EVERY pound you see come off the scale! some days it might not seem like a lot, but always remember, you didn't gain the weight over night, and you aren't going to lose it over night either!
-
you can lose about 2 pounds a week, and be right around your goal weight then. it WILL take hard work AND dedication. to your diet, your exercise, and to TRACKING on here. tracking helps A LOT! good luck. hope to see pics of you in your dress at your goal weight.

bumping to remind and read later. thank you!
-
i think it's kind of like your weekly exercise goals - ie: your goal is 1000 minutes, or something like that, and you do none-100-500-or 1000 a day, it all equals to what you need in a week. make sense? it should average out. but still try not to go too far under or too far over.

probably gonna get some smack for this, but one i would want back is Michael Jackson! also: patrick swayze elvis - agreed heath ledger freddie mercury Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes (tlc) ~MANY MORE~ can't list them all on here

well, from the 2 days that i saw posted in your food diary, it looks like you might need to eat a bit more. weird as it sounds, it can help. i just changed my food settings this week, and it upped my calories. you are maybe burning more then you think, and then your body is storing more of the calories you are eating.…

thanks carolina_r. i have heard it before. got my water in check. and i really don't eat that fast, unless i have like NO time to eat, but i try to pace myself. been doing as best as i can with the lower calorie foods. and i WONT give up! i have come to far, and have to much to lose ~ literally and figuratively ~. so i…

it's not that the bill is too high, we can afford the bill, it's just i'm sick of them not considering people AT ALL! i called them and told them i was running late because of the bank, and they still cause all the problems, and add $80 to our bill?!. that is just ridiculous if you ask me. and they are like "well, if you…

our ac was set at like 74 over summer, if not warmer. and i was 15 minutes late because it took 20 minutes at the bank getting the money cause of a trainee.

go for what YOU want, and what is healthy to you! and if the top for you is 169, that could be the right goal for you. you have done amazing work this far!
