5 kilometers is about 3.2 miles. It seems reasonable to me that if you are jogging a distance of 5 miles on your treadmill that it would take you 50+ minutes.

Yeah, NO. I hate to condone any sort of violence, but you should consider smacking whoever it was that told you that you were fat. Maybe you could count it as a workout.. :))

My weight can fluctuate anywhere between 2-5lbs that week. Usually if I make sure I'm drinking my water everyday (and watch out for the crazy cravings) it drops right back off one or two days after.
