I'm no Christian, but I'm always on the look out for new MFPs so feel free to add me if you like. x

I was 283 at my heaviest. I will never be that heavy again. I can'y go back to that. I could barely walk down the street without horrendous pain.

You could try taking her to the docs for an MOT. She could be on track for type two diabetes or something worse. Hopefully the doc will scare the weight off her. Good luck. x

Yeah, sounds like caffeine withdrawal.

This made me LOL so hard. My sister had a dog like that. I have 3 cats. They drive me mental but I love them. One is on my ticker but I don't know how to post pics here sorry. x

Oh my gosh! You look great. Well done! :-)

I eat mine with water, always have. Some old people like to have it with salt but the very idea gives me the boak. If you go to the shop, they have those sachettes with a million different flavours. I like the golden syrup one. You could try adding honey or berries or for a crunch, crushed digestives. I love porridge, you…

Yeah, you need to talk to your friend and highlight the dangers of her actions. I'm sure she will take it down when you explain your concerns. If she doesn't then I would seriously re-think your friendship.

WALK AWAY! Once a cheater, always a cheater. You know what he is now so you know not to touch him with a barge pole. She will find out soon enough what he is. So just walk away.

I agree with you about books. I love everything about them from the feel of them, the smell of them etc. However, (although I do feel the need to say that nothing will ever replace the humble book in my heart) I have noticed of late how excellent value a Kindle is and if I had any money at all would consider buying one.…

I had a friend who tried them. They didn't appear to do much good and they are shockingly expensive. A waste of money in my opinion.

I have PCOS and I have never heard this before. x

Yeah, I was looking for one the other day and 100kg is the norm. I was very disappointed by this. But looking at the comments here it looks like I will be ok. I'm just a little over 100kg (105) so hopefully I should be ok. The only problem is, my mum needs to use it too and she's still in 120s just now.

That was really interesting, and depressing, lol, thanks for posting. x

Slender I think. Hard to tell without an image.

Just go with what feels right for you. If you feel you need to log it, then log it, if not, then don't. It's your journey. x

Yeah, totally! Time was, anything above 5 degrees was a heatwave for me. Now we have 15 degrees and I feel like I'm in the Arctic!

Thank you for posting. This story really resonates with me. I have spent most of my life struggling for cash, some days, especially recently we couldn't even afford to buy food. But then I think of someone I used to know, who used to be a really good friend. He has lots and lots of money, but he has no friends and I can…

I'm loosing from my boobs and bum but my belly just doesn't want to go. :-(

Add me. I am officially 90 days on today so I'm pretty dedicated. I'll give you support. xxx

I don't. Not right now. I don't even log my exercise right now. Cos I tried it for a while, logging exercise and eating some of them back (only about 300-400, so not all of them) and I never lost weight. I never put on either but I never lost. So I decided to try just eating my 1330 weather I exercise or not. I feel hungry…

Great result. Congrats. x

Stir-fry veg is a good one. Can have a massive plateful and the calories are low, so long as you use very little oil.

You can do it! I know I felt great when I found I could walk up to my flat on the third floor without getting out of breath. I love these little achievements. It always gives me a motivation booster. xxx

Love it! Congrats! And coming from someone who posted topics on both my boobs and menstrual cycle, a bra hook is not TMI. :-)
