So team I know I didn't check in, but I wanted to extend a huge thank you to Tina for organizing this and all of you for being so supportive. If you are wondering why I didn't check in, I was in Rhode Island GETTING ENGAGED! So, yeah, I know I'm cut, but I gotta say, I feel pretty amazing

Hi! First THANK YOU for posting the challenges ahead of time-it makes it much easier for me to plan ahead. I looked up woodchops on youtube as I've never heard of them. Are we doing the horizontal ones, or the diagonal for the obliques? Thanks!

Thanks for setting this group up Tina! I also live in the East Coast in Eastern NY. I know many people who have lost homes and it's just so devastating. I'm glad that it seems you made out ok. We did too. Since this is a new group, I'll give some basic info on myself-I am 28, have always been heavy but on the muscular end…

I went over twice. Once of which was only 18 calories over. I did not do the extra challenges, but I did meet my own of bringing all…

I'm wondering if you are putting in the portion sizes correctly, too. Based on what you had I would imagine that it would have been more than 400-500 calories. Do you have a food scale that may help you put the right amount of food in your diary?

Oh, and my exercise minutes are 415!

Ahh! Didn't get to this until now! My Thursday reason for losing weight is to be able to walk into a store and not have to hope they have my size :) I've been a size 16 since high school (actually a little bigger than that in high school) and it's always like holding my breath.....will this brand/store/company decide that…

Just discovered the skinnytaste.com last night and made the low fat chocolate chip zucchini muffins-very tasty! There is a chocolate chocolate chip banana muffin recipe that I can't wait to try!

Hi Team, My Wednesday reason is that I want to be able to be "that woman" when I'm 50, 60, 70 who is in amazing shape and able to take care of myself and my home and keep up with everything. Can any of you help me--I've read some posts where people bookmark certain topics. How do you do this? I have to search everytime for…

Can you maybe puree some foods? For example a smooth butternut squash soup or zucchini soup? Another member posted a site called skinnytaste.com and there are a lot of very healthy soup recipes. Maybe you could also make some fruit pops if you have the molds (or just stick it in a wax lined cup with a popsicle stick and…

My Tuesday reason to lose weight: I am a teacher and I am going into school today to prep my room and get things ready for my new job this year. I want to be an inspiration to my students. Not by being skinny, but by being in shape. I don't want to be thin but I want to be lean. There is a difference and if I am living a…

Perfect read for where I am right now. Thanks!

I was curious too! I found this site that has some possible answers: http://health.msn.com/health-topics/heart-and-cardiovascular/why-do-my-hands-swell-up-when-i-walk

I'll be your friend! I also didn't think that I needed the support of others, and a friend of sorts has lost weight and left me in the dust (I thought we could encourage each other mutually....). Anyway, I'll send you a request! Also, congrats on training for your race! It's so worth it. I did one a few years ago (even…

I want to lose weight to prove to myself that it's possible. I CAN be in better shape and not be so self-conscious. I think the biggest reason I am self conscious about my weight is that deep down I know that I I did this to myself and have the power to change it.
-
I want to lose weight and be living a healthy lifestyle before I have kids so I can teach them to live healthily and not have the same struggles and issues as I did.

GREAT challenge for us, Charlotte! It's so easy to go from tracking everything...to most things...to some things etc. I'm so glad that I read this BEFORE the birthday party we are going to! I don't know about the rest of you, but knowing that I have to tracking things sometimes makes me choose items that are easier to…

Hey team! Sugar is HARD! It's EVERYWHERE! We were travelling (again-I was on the road 4 of the past 7 days) and I got one of those Fuze drinks-it had more sugar in one bottle than I should have in a whole day! I definitely blew that challenge. The water one was easier for me. I tend to drink water all the time. I have a…

Forgot to post about the challenge. I did meet the water challenge but not the sugar one.

Height: 5'7" Weight: 198  Other measurements the same. Exercise time: 200 on the nose.

I love our challenge of water and sugar! I agree with all of you about eating exercise calories. Also, since I have recently discovered this sugar and sodium additions to my tracker, I am going to be following with the team and watching my sugar and drinking my water. Way to go team!

Height 5'7" Weight 195.8 (yay! even with 4 days travelling and being provided with food) Wrist 6.5 Waist 35.5 Hips 44.0 Arms 10.5 Thighs 28.0 Bust 34.5 I did not meet my goal of staying under sodium levels, but I DID discover that I need to work on that! I had no idea (I just found out how to track it)
