Just wanted to let everyone know that I am working on the results. I'm alittle behind this week due to several reasons but the main reason is because I have been sick the majority of this week. I didn't have the tally sheets ready and I hadn't added in the equation for your weight loss %. Which will be included in you overall % this week.
Since I have been under the weather I have been only completing my challenge workouts. So, last night and this morning I got in a couple workouts in.

I've been thinking about doing an October Biggest Loser Challenge but concerned on how many would be interested. It would be a closed group. If you would be interested let me know & we will see how many that there is .
