I actually just bought the bottle and the dosages are alot smaller now

I paid I think ten for the dvd and 2 for the water bottle :) I can't say i'm a cheapo..but I have two children and need to watch where I spend! I was 274 and now down to 253. I was 200 prior to having my most recent baby...but I also battle hypothyroidism. stinks :) Best of luck and keep us posted!!!

I've been doing it for almost 3 weeks now, and after a month of eating better and drinking 8 glasses of water a day (while your at Walmart getting the DVD, swing over and get the H2O on the go 2.2L waterbottle that houses 8 glasses). I've lost 18.5 lbs so far :) And I had a baby a year ago Congrats!

are you feeling sluggish at all? Maybe your thyroid is to blame? I know that was part of my problem. best of luck to you though :)
