I agree with the suggestion to drink a lot of water. Also obviously avoid or have very small portions of foods with high sugar, fat, or that are fried. That said, your boyfriends 21st birthday only comes once so enjoy it with him! He can always chase you around the block an extra time the next day ;)

Yep, this is my advice too as another bariatric patient. I start every day with a smoothie made with coconut milk, protein powder and fruit. Be careful of the brand of powder you choose though, some brands are not as good as other brands

I am around 5'10" and have come down to 180ish lbs from 325. But.. my before pictures are just way too terrifying to share :) I would post pictures of today if I could figure out how to post pictures. I have failed as a techie girl...

I had a similar problem but found the solution to be to break up my meals into smaller amounts and have them every two hours. Then on off hours if I was hungry for some reason I would have a cup of coffee or tea.

I am in my first week in the vegetarian club too. So far I love it! I have decided I will try it for a month and then decide if I can take that extra step to vegan. We shall see.
