I'm doing the same thing. I have recently realized how.. well out of control my weight has gotten. Last year this time i was 15 lbs lighter and a year and a half ago I was 40 pounds lighter. I am looking for a support system to keep me on track!

I'm currently training for the Shamrock Shuffle here in Chicago and it's a program called Couch 2 5k, 3 times a week for 9 weeks, a mixture of running/walking for 30 minutes. I did it the first day, my whole body ached. It's a 5 minute warm up then 1.00 running etc. It switches the program up and I bet this will be the…
