Yes, portion control is a big problem for me, I realize I was ignorant on how much food I would eat in a serving. Rice and peas is a big problem with oxtail...stew peas....ackee! Oh let me stop!

My parents are Jamaicans, born in Canada and went to prep and high school in Jamaica. Meadowbrook prep and high. I do miss the laid back lifestyle in Jamaica, I hate the rat race!
