I'm glad I found this group. I wanted to start 30 DS before my husband and I give Insanity a go. The extra encouragement will surely help! I'll start in July with everyone else.

Try eating some figs daily. They're a filling little snack. I keep dried ones at my desk as work. I have about 4 or 5 a day and they help me plenty! They have some additional benefits too: "Fresh or dried, figs have more fiber than any typical fruit or vegetable, more potassium than bananas, and plenty of calcium and iron."
