He has a workout video video series. Anyone tried it? How challenging is it? Thinking of purchasing.

I did a lot of research on it and just ordered it this week
it doesn't look to be too difficult, but it's definitely going to be a challenge. What I got out of it is that you have a warm up then 5 5 minute circuits that mimic an MMA fight style along with a cool down. The workouts are 45 mins and there is a beginner, intermediate, and advanced version. I am wrapping up Insanity so I am thinking of doing the advanced version myself good luck! 0 -

I love him too! I know he already had his ACL reconstruction surgery and is in the rehabilitation process now. I think he's set to fight in November/December!0

HELL YEAH!
He's my fav, and I can't wait for his return to the octagon...he's such a well oiled machine, almost any other fighter I'd be doubtful that they could be as good after an injury like that, but he's SO conditioned I don't have any doubts about him. Love GSP!
If his workout dvd made me as in shape as he is, I'd do it every damn day.0 -

I don't see that victory happening. Although I do like GSP, I'm very disappointed that the last couple fights turned into a fight for points style instead of going out to finish the fight; I hope he comes back strong. I think the next welter-weight champ will be the guy he's training right now that fought on the Jones / Evans card.0 -

A lot of it is for show, and a lot of it is real unfiltered aggression. The whole point of a fight is to sell tickets, and they definitely sell tickets. I've met him and his brother briefly and they were both super cool guys who have respect for the sport and their fans.
Also, it is completely ridiculous for everyone to expect fighters to be Mother Teresa. These guys are up there pounding other human beings in the face until they are unconscious. You expect them to give each other hugs and show up to each other's kid's bar mitzvahs? This is fighting, for christ sake!0 -

Although I agree that Diaz is a bit of a jerk, I do think he's p4p one of the best fighters out there. But, I think the same of GSP, although on a higher level. I think Diaz would get his *kitten* kicked.0 -

I've heard very good things about it. One thing pointed out to me was there are 2 days a week you do your own cardio choice, and some ppl don't like that.
I plan on doing this program after I do Tap Out XT.0 -
wow..you guys are letting your cat claws show..;) GSP is a sexy beast, VERY masculine, and a gentleman (I have met him, he's really down to earth and very polite). It's a Canadian thing..but MMA is a sport to him, not a personal grudge match.I would love to see Diaz pound that french canadian smile right off of his face.

Diaz brothers are impressive off their backs and I think that would give Georgie a ton of trouble. When you're comfortable off your back like that you let the hands go so much easier. Most opponents of GSP worry about getting taken down. If Diaz decided to show up to that press conference he would of had the belt... and then got it stripped a bit later for smokin the buds.0 -

That dude is a machine. Ever seen what he puts in his body? I'd be a little intimidated to do his workout I'd think!! But he is a pretty nice guy, I don't know that would work for me with working out. I actually do MUCH better with someone screaming at me! LOL.0
