Hi! One thing that's really sped up my weight loss recently has been lifting (heavy) weights. I've just been using dumbbells at home as I can't afford the gym, but I've noticed a huge difference in my shape in such a small amount of time. Give it a go! And all the best with you're weight loss - you're in the best place :-)

I've just done day 19 (day 9 of level 2) and it does get a lot better. Though I'm dreading level 3! Level 2 is way harder than 1, I found anyway, and I still really struggle through it but it's much easier than it was. I found the aching stopped after day 3 of level 1. I'd like to know this too. I've just started level 2 and have never sweated so much in my life, it MUST burn more calories than the standard 20 min circuit. I think the only way of rreally knowing though is to get a heart rate monitor as what one person burns during it will be different for another.

I've got a few but my absolute favourite is Blast Belly Fat. She gives you an amazing ab work out including some cardio, and the instructer is lovely - I didn't get bored of her at all.

Well, just done my 1st level 2. Good God that was tough! I'm slowly coming to realise though that I have no balance what so ever! I don't know whether it's because I'm tired or not but I'm putting more and more effort in preventing myself from toppling over than I am in the exercises themselves! :laugh: Still, only 5 more…

I've done day 6 level 1 of 30 day shred, and walked the dogs for nearly 2 miles in 40 minutes.

I definitely think nude. You can then wear them with any outfit afterwards and you can always add colour with accessories.
