Hey guys! I only just started using MFP and was wondering if people could please share any weight loss tips and tricks they have?
Also, could anyone recommend me some good 'fat burning' exercises that are a wee bit more interesting (eg. not running or cycling...)
I've not got a lot of weight to lose (around 13kgs) but I do want to improve my lifestyle/fitness, so any good/safe/tested tips would be much appreciated!

Hi! One thing that's really sped up my weight loss recently has been lifting (heavy) weights. I've just been using dumbbells at home as I can't afford the gym, but I've noticed a huge difference in my shape in such a small amount of time. Give it a go!
