I have an extra 20 minutes to half hour in the mornings to exercise now. Not even for one second do I miss having facebook. I look back and wonder why I ever signed up!

How about eating more than the current calories but with removing the candy and adding high fiber foods?

I've been really into making egg salad wraps lately. I just use the small wraps and approx. 1 egg to a wrap, plug some monteray jack cheese. Your sandwich sounds delicious. I should try this. Thanks

Yeah, and I was likely rude when I said it. Looking back it wasn't nice but she was the third one with one of these one pieces on that clearly shouldn't be wearing it. I'm not a very nice person some days. That's likely fact. :-)

Actually, nothing on you looks pudgy at all in the photo. :-) I do have a teenie tummy and some thighs. I've been working very hard on my legs recently. My husband says my leg "dimples" are starting to disappear. I'm doing the balancing act of lots of exercise, eating properly and trying to stay 122. Fun, fun.

Wow, I am the same weight and I am trying hard to stay on course and not fall below 120. I am pretty thin looking. I do it in the basement but it has a squeak on the machine and he hears it upstairs. Apparently he just rolls over and goes back to sleep. I could see it being annoying in the bedroom, however it's great you are working so hard!!

I totally have this problem. I had my blood checked and it was OK. I am trying hard to eat a balanced diet but it really doesn't help!!

My husband is always asked "what's your secret?" or "what diet are you on?". He has started to roll eyes. Honestly, he stopped shoving massive amounts of potatoe chips in his mouth and got off the couch!! No secret. No special diet with a name. He's moving his buns and eating less!

That does sound good. Especially after inhaling an 880 calorie cinnabon the other day. I had no idea it was that bad.

I like a mix of all three. Except I don't go quite as hard as you do. I only do level 3 on elliptical for 20 minutes, medium same level biking on my cycle ops trainer for 20 minutes, then 20 minutes 3.5mph / 3.5 incline walking on treadmill for 20 minutes.

My inlaws picked up an elliptical at a yardsale and brought it for our home gym. I was completely blahh about it. Then I tried it and I'm on every day! LOVE IT. We do a 20 minute treadmill, 20 minute bike, 20 minute elliptical, 10 minute rowing. No way I could stay on a whole hour but to get a good workout we need one hour…
