So glad I'm not alone. I have been trying hard to eat something when I wake. It's just annoying how hungry I feel. I feel like I have the "munchies" all day long. Doesn't matter fibre, protein, etc. I will just want to eat! Maybe it's a good thing and I should stop complaining.

our bills went up significantly eating healthier choices. I also think so many runs to the grocery store for fresh fruit, etc. It's annoying as we used to do once a week. Now we're there 2 or 3 times.

I think our measurements are simliar. I'd probably be 32-26-36 or 35. I don't really know how to measure the hips! I can't remember how much you said you weigh but I think it's similar to me. Without those thighs I think we'd look like boys so I'll keep the pear shape!! :-)

I was thinking the same thing. Milk is actually a good source of calcium and tastes good. No way I'd ever switch to almond or another kind unless I have lactose problems. I find those things much more expensive. I also don't get the deal with greek yogurt. I think regular plain or flavoured would be good. I'll likely get…

I work for a medical spa. It sure is tempting to get them to lift up my face, eyebrows, plump up my lips, etc. I feel so old when I look in the mirror.

I'm hooked on Caribou coffee or Caribou light for my Keurig machine. Just a bit of skim milk.

LOL This post made me laugh. When my husband runs out of calories, I see him randomly stand up and say "we're going for a walk". That's when I know he really wants something else to eat. He'll ask half way...how many calories do you think I've burned? :-)

I grab a granola bar and eat it while making my coffee. Otherwise I'd never eat breakfast. I just couldn't be bothered that early to make such an effort.

I'm 5'7 and 122-123 pounds depending on the day. :-) I think 120 is too low for me however everyone is built different.

I can't stand even the smell of fish. I also can't stand raw or near raw beef. I just can't look at it! Next items I would never eat are olives, turkey or chicken pot pie. I smelled a chicken pie all the way from Canada to England on a midnight flight. I can't believe they served that at 2am. I wanted to barf.

I found these drinks called "Vuze". They have a banana colada flavour. I going to try this weekend putting crushed ice in it plus some rum. They are fairly low calorie and very good tasting even without booze!

Well, I definitely don't have camel toe but I had muffin top until I lost the weight. I did however notice there were a few pairs of jeans that cause camel toe when I went shopping last. I am most definitely obsessed with counting calories. I also yo-yo between eating large amounts of junk food, then not enough the next day. I still think MFP helps keep me on the right track.

I used to walk by the cooler aisle where cottage cheese was. I saw Nordica Berry cottage cheese and thought "who the heck would want fruit in cottage cheese"? Now I am hooked. Although, I should make my own mix as the individual servings are very expensive. Healthy eating makes me go broke by the end of two weeks!

These breakfast dishes sound like lots of work that early in the morning! I couldn't possibly think of grabbing anything else but a banana or granola bar. Coffee in one hand, granola bar in the other. I figure at least I'm eating.

I have a bit of this problem. I look pretty skinny. I'd rather be muscular. I've been trying very hard for the last few months by walking an hour a day and recently purchased a rowing machine. I love how that woman looks all dressed in jeans and t-shirt. She looks amazing. That's my goal!!
