I've totally noticed this. I only normally eat around 1200 or 1300 calories a day. Some days I'm munching practically all day. If I go out to dinner or slip out to McDonalds, I eat most my calories in one sitting. We really try to eat at home for this reason.

We have fallen in love with Dr. Oetker pizzas. They really don't have that many calories compared to others.

I can only wear new balance shoes. No huge problems since starting on them. I have runners and hikers. If I do wear sandals, it's Birkenstocks.

Well, I hope your measurement of muscle weighs more than fat is true. That would completely explain why I have gained weight in the past 2 months. I likely had no more fat to lose, just muscle to gain. So my husband says anyway. :-)

Dr. Oetker pizza. So easy to throw in oven and eat! Not bad for nutrition either.

I do know my clothes are tighter, not fitting better. Maybe because my muscles are getting bigger? I've tried hard at eating more...and just gain more weight. The theory of eating back calories doesn't work for me. I got to goal weight and find it very hard to stay there.

I've got the same issue. Scale is going the other way. Frustrating. :-( I don't get it. I also tried upping the calories but that make the scale go up also! The previous poster was rude.

For the past 9 months, my husband has eaten stouffers or lean cuisine every day for lunch. He has lost 60 pounds during this time. I do agree they must have high sodium and maybe not the greatest nutrients but he is in good health and lost lots of weight.

Maybe I exaggerate. I eat two a day. Not too bad. I don't each much sugar in other food.

I find I eat bad things if I stay up around 11:30 or 12:00am. I reach for anything and everything!

I generally eat like this: Breakfast - 100 Snack - 100 Lunch - 200 Snack - 100 Supper - 700 Sometimes supper is more like 800 or 860. I'm not a big breafast eater. I actually "graze" all day, then eat a fair size supper.
