You want to eat as close to your net calories as you can. For example. Today my goal calories are 1,200. I just burned 260 calories playing on the wii with the kids. So now my net calories are 1,460. So today I would need to eat as close to 1,460 as I can. I try to be within 50 calories of my net calories everyday.

I am in. I have 3 kids: 5 year old, 4 year old and 10 month old.

I got a heart rate monitor today and did my workout to see how close to what MFP said and my heart rate monitor. For walking it was within 5 calories. So that isn't bad. I would say to eat about 75 % back. So at 650, 75% would be about 480.

That is what I thought. So as long as the net and goal calories are close that is good. correct?

So does that mean if I burn 200 calories exercising I should eat them back to stay above the 1200 calorie intake. Or just eat the 1200 calories and not worry about the burned calories?

What kind did you get from Target? I am looking into getting one but want to make sure it will do the job.

ok thank you. Now do you count the whole video that you do or just the main excersie and not the warm up or cool down?

That is great. I wish I had the will power you have. I still would have eaten at least one of the doughnuts before I realized it. Even now I still am nippling off my kids plate when they are eating dessert. My goal is to only have one dessert a week on my cheat day.

It sounds so good. I problem is that I would eat the whole things.
