Ughhhhh. I'm still the same. This is my third week of crossfit and everyone keeps telling me to keep at it that the weight will soon just start dropping off. Hmmmm. I'm gonna keep it up and hope they are right.

Jillian Michaels has a DVD called rip it with weights. Its only like 25 min. Long and you use the kettlebell. I got it at Walmart for like ten dollars. I use an 8 pound kettlebell

I am a pear shape, recently i just completed the Brazilian Butt workout and it works!!! my butt is still the biggest part of my body but it looks so much better. Now im working on the Chalean Extreme videos. i have some pics on my profile. I'm 5'7 and currently 167lbs. i started at 256 a few years ago.

I didnt weigh this morning cuz i was running late. so i will see my progress tommorow. the weekend are my downfal. i must admit i cant go without alcohol on the weekend and this is not helping me.
