  • Any and EVERYthing fits in tupperware :) So really.... you can take anything with you. Just get an insulated lunch bag and maybe throw a freezer pack in it. So now you are no longer limited yay. Fruit, any leftovers.. anything!
  • elliptical hands down... used to be a big believer in running but if you really push yourself on the elliptical the payoff is way bigger :) GOOD LUCK!
  • I swear by Muscle Milk.. and they make Muscle Milk Light specifically for women, it's amazing!! I will often mix my protein powder with greek yogurt but since you're not a dairy person just add water and you're good to go :)

  • When I did my diet last year I kick started it with Atkins for about a month and then converted to low calorie. In 3 months time I was down 26 pounds. So I personally think Atkins is a great fast approach but very hard (and hard on the body) to do long term. Best of luck!

  • Wecome and good luck! Log on here often for extra support. You can do it :) I was a size 12 January of 2011 and I got down to a size 6 in 3 months with a dedicated eating and exercise plan. Throughout the rest of 2011 I got into a size 4 but now I'm back to try and tone up!
