  • great thread , everybody has a best feature we just tend to focus to much on the parts we dislike and it's nice to see alot have touched on stuff that isn't just about looks ! much more to a person than there skin :) HMM dunno if i can think of 5 but at the moment one will do , i think most people do something for charity…
  • Maybe have a cardio sesh one day and weights the next day , not sure how many times a week you work out but any sort of weight training you need to rest the area you have worked on , deffo would not drop weights , like others have said it burns calories for upto 24 hours , great for toning and inch loss :)
  • well done :) Have yet to have first weigh in but it's working for me so far as i turned down birthday cake where as i wouldn't usually ha ! the thought of having to enter it in here stopped me and i have a target in black and white and that's kept me strong :)
