  • What helps me is not depriving myself. I have the same problem exept I get weak when I go to work. If there is something there that looks good I eat it.   • What I do when it comes to eating out is go to the companies web site. Most major restaurants have nutritional info on line. I check before I go so I know what I can and cant eat then adjust my workout for the day to accommodate the extra calories. Hope that helps.
