I'm kinda mesmerized, honestly. But I'd never want to exist on sunlight and air alone, I love food much too much.

I've honestly lost count of how many times I've started over. Each time I lose about 30-40lbs and then fall off the wagon, gain most if not all of it back, and then crawl back to MFP. It's a vicious cycle I'm hoping to break this time around.

Make your own shakes, you'll probably be better off (and fuller).

I'm so with you on the Oreos bit. I once at a whole pack by my lonesome. :-/

19 drinks in one night? How are you alive? That aside, when I know ahead that I'll be going out, I save all my exercise calories from the week and use them for the alcohol (and food too because I can't be a lush without going out to a Coney Island afterwards or something). I did this this past weekend and was still under…

I'd love to take some boudoir photos, but only once I reach my goal.

I always lose weight in my legs first. My tummy is always last as per my luck (or lack thereof).

It takes some people longer than others to come to terms with things of that nature. I think you're doing the right thing by letting her come to terms with it in her own time. In time she'll realize that you're still her daughter and that sexuality doesn't change the person. I always say love is unconditional and if real…

I really like The Family Stone. Talk about family dysfunction. Diane Keaton stars in it (which is reason enough to watch it). Not to mention the oh so sexy Brian White. Yum.

First was Gym Class Heroes, they did a free concert at my school. Last was Janet Jackson last summer.

Um...that used to be me. I used to always complain about my weight and always say "I've tried everything and nothing works" (while eating crazily and barely exercising). Eventually I had to do it the right way. If it's important to her, she'll get it together.

I work in retail too and hardly ever have a restful moment but I don't track it as exercise, it's just my daily activity.

Cher has an exercise video? I must look into that.

30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I've never worked out a day in my life before last year and I'd seen all the positive reviews of it here so I gave it a try. Never finished all the way through since I'm horrible with doing things every day and get bored easily, but I still use it when I need to get a quick workout in.

I was a quiet kid in school and mostly stayed under everyone's radar. When I finally opened up about my sexuality, that's when the bullying began. And I live in Dearborn, Michigan which has one of the highest Arab populations in the nation and my high school was 95% Muslim at least, so it was not fun at all (not saying…

Lately, Nicki Minaj's new album "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" has been getting me through my runs. I'm usually not a big Nicki fan, but the pop songs on her album are just perfect to run to (for me, anyway).
