Any thing on the pandora perl jam station. It never seems too fast so I can pace myself, but has enuff energy that it keeps me going.

I have several by Eminen and his collaboration with others, anything by David Getta (not sure how to spell his last name), lady gaga, rhianna. Sexy and I know it, Party Rock. Several by Black Eye Peas. I will need to go and check names.

I recently downloaded "Euphoria run-fit workout" from iTunes and it's surprisingly good. Not usually my type of music, but it gets me nicely "in the zone" if you know what I mean.

Lately, Nicki Minaj's new album "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" has been getting me through my runs. I'm usually not a big Nicki fan, but the pop songs on her album are just perfect to run to (for me, anyway).
  • Snow Patrol - Called out in the Dark, Just Say Yes, Heartbeat
    The Fray, Lifehouse, Coldplay
Grace Potter and the Nocturnals - Paris (Ooh la la)
Florence and the Machine - Shake it Out, Heavy in Your Arms
Kings of Leon - California Waiting, Nobody Knows, Pyro, Pickup Truck, Radioactive
Tegan and Sara, Goyte and a bunch of mashups and covers by the cast of Glee.

And I try to rotate my list so it keeps it interesting. :)
  • Mine is super long, 80+ songs, 5 hours. There's tons of variety from Classic Rock to Alternative to Top 40s type stuff. I'd post it but it would be pages long. If you really want to see it, you can send me a message :) (anyone can) and I'd love to see what you have as well

Here is my "short run" list:

Mr. Brightside by The Killers (great bass beat for running)
The Pretender by The Foo Fighters (also great running beat)
    Get Up by Van Halen
Everlong by The Foo Fighters (I know...2 Foo songs, but I find a lot of their songs easy to run with)
My Immortal by Evanescence (cool down)

    Total run time = 21:36

Enough for me to get my 2.5 mile circuit in....
