Any thing on the pandora perl jam station. It never seems too fast so I can pace myself, but has enuff energy that it keeps me going.0

For my warm-up, I start out with Raise your glass by Pink. It's perfect for a 4.0 mph pace. After that:
Renegade - Daughtry
Boss's Daughter - Pop Evil
Kick @ss - Egypt Central
This is gonna hurt - Sixx AM
Warrior - Disturbed
Digital (did you tell) - Stone Sour
Move your body - My Darkest Days
Scream - Avenged Sevenfold
Cryin like a beyotch - Godsmack
You're going down - Sick Puppies
Monster - Skillet0 -
MUTEMATH-ALL ALBUMS. You will not regret it. That's almost all I run to. 311 works too! ALL ALBUMS.0

"Fat Man" Jethro Tull
"I Could Walk 500 Miles" The Proclaimers

I recently downloaded "Euphoria run-fit workout" from iTunes and it's surprisingly good. Not usually my type of music, but it gets me nicely "in the zone" if you know what I mean.0

I just put on Matisyahu on Pandora.. It's a pretty good pace for me and I run at 5.7.0

Lately, Nicki Minaj's new album "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" has been getting me through my runs. I'm usually not a big Nicki fan, but the pop songs on her album are just perfect to run to (for me, anyway).0
-
Snow Patrol - Called out in the Dark, Just Say Yes, Heartbeat
The Fray, Lifehouse, Coldplay
Grace Potter and the Nocturnals - Paris (Ooh la la)
Florence and the Machine - Shake it Out, Heavy in Your Arms
Kings of Leon - California Waiting, Nobody Knows, Pyro, Pickup Truck, Radioactive
Tegan and Sara, Goyte and a bunch of mashups and covers by the cast of Glee.
And I try to rotate my list so it keeps it interesting.0 -
Mine is super long, 80+ songs, 5 hours. There's tons of variety from Classic Rock to Alternative to Top 40s type stuff. I'd post it but it would be pages long. If you really want to see it, you can send me a message (anyone can) and I'd love to see what you have as well0
-
deadmau5 - half the 4x4=12 album
skrillex - More Monsters and Sprites EP
Abba
The Beatles
Calvin Harris
Chase & Status
Dropkick Murphys
Kansas
Lou Reed
early Metallica
Queen
Rusko
Swedish House Mafia
So, anything I like. Anything from classic Rock to Disco to drum & bass to dubstep. The majority in the 140 BPM range0
