  • where are you guys stationed at? I love it here and it seems to be a good place to be active! was just talking to a friend about going to Torii pool and going swimming. Let me know how you like it!
  • i just did my day 30 on monday i love it. I have lost 2.75 inches and about 5 lbs. But i am not doing the diet to it i am just eating what i normally eat. I hate doing special diets because when it comes to real life things like pot lucks and stuff its hard to stay on the plan.
  • i use a HRM that way i get the most accurate for me... I LOVE tapout work out its great and it really pushes me!
  • I go through this a lot. I did it last night actually. I try to drink water to replace the need to eat the food. But sometimes i don't and i really struggle at saying no. So good luck no real good tips other then try to avoid the food thats nagging me lol
  • sounds like me but i don't work i stay at home with the kids. i just find it difficult to be motivated to do anything! I have gained 30 since i have had my kiddos i get within 20 and i just give up almost so i will help you! i know how frustrating the last 20 can be!

  • What is the 30 day shred? i am a SAHM too! I have to wonderful girls. I have gain about 30 since i have had both of them and looking to lose it. I have a hard time staying motivated to do it so just need that little push to keep me going!
