If I'm fasting, I weigh myself a million times a day, like 3-15 times. If I'm dieting 3-5 times. If I'm eating normal, or if I'm eating bad food, then 1-3 times. I ALWAYS weigh myself when I wake up, after I do my business, and before I eat. I read in some diet book that that's the best time.

I almost forgot! My weapon this week is a frag grenade and my job with these little babies is to sleep 8 hours every day(I'm an insomniac and with my work I have a crappy sleep schedule..) A side from throwing frags at only 2 zombies on the 19th and at 5 zombies on the 20th, I've been successful. Good luck to everyone else.

Tues/1000 Weds/800 Thurs/800 I plan on doing at least 1000 tomorrow. I figure if we get a lot of extra, then we'll win the challenge for sure. The challenge is only 50% of our score though. How are people going with their weight loss?
