  • Have you talked to your doctor? 6'1 and 140- sounds kinda light! I would suggest upping your calories to a minimum of 1800, especially since you are running.

  • I enter it as 20 minutes of Circuit Training... (I couldn't find Interval Training, and didn't know how many of each exercise there were for sets, etc.) I've seen others enter it this way, as well! Hope this helps!
