How to enter JM 30 Day Shred into Exercise Log

How do I enter my workout from Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred into my exercise log for today?

    i entered mine as circuit training for 20 minutes, and i upped it to 23 minutes when i started level 3 (because the warm-up was, as jillian puts it, "no joke").

    I enter it as 20 minutes of Circuit Training... (I couldn't find Interval Training, and didn't know how many of each exercise there were for sets, etc.) I've seen others enter it this way, as well! Hope this helps!

    When i was doing it , I put it under cardio and counted the calories .....i think i did 123 calories. I'm going to start back up with it again. I hiked 25 miles in the last three days so my legs need a day of rest.

    I wear a HRM , so I know how many calories I burn while doing it. I burn between 150-175 level 1 and 2.
