I started back with Noom. My mindset really is my challenge. Working daily on changing it when I am aware of negative/distorted thoughts. Ya and back in the classroom helps....plus I get more stepa in.

I made up individual eggs quiches in muffin pans....quick and yummy. I get bored of salad and chicken for lunches....any ideas? I am lucky to have microwave time on my lunch break..

I am a special ed. teacher doing distance learning lessons. Being at home, no schedule/routine, school on spring break this week, and a lot of junk food around = low motivation. Thank you for sharing your stories My lead staff expects a schedule with office hours from us....so I'm looking positive that will help me move…

Good Morning, I have been making food swaps (low/good carb, low sugar, etc. for processed sugar and high/bad carbs). It's a struggle but have made a lot of progress. I can be a good support if you would like.

I having difficulties gettong focused since returning from a trip. I love the stay positive! My 3 things are: say 2 positives per day to self, log food, challenge self in gym. I would love to join.

Is it ok if I join? My doctor told me I had to go on fish oil pills...yuk. So am I going to just go back to taking care of myself and in need of motivation and support. I don't own a smart phone, just a stupid one.
