Thanks for the advice guys! All I know is that I tore the anterior ligament? I have the brace for a month and then possible physical therapy. The doctor said I'm still ok to go to work (in a restaurant) so I'm kind of just using that as my cardio and lifting while sitting at home.

Adding! I need to lose about 50 pounds and have been overweight my whole life too! I've actually been trying to lose the weight for about 2 years now and I have been yo-yoing like crazy so it would be great to have some extra support. :)

This post cracked me up! I have tried doing 30DS and have never finished because I get so bored! lol Just see how you feel at the end of 10 days and do a few extra days if you feel you need it, if not just keep moving on to the next level! If you did a bootcamp class, you can do this!

So, from what I'm gathering from this post, it's not redundant to use both the fitbit and HRM. I already have a HRM but would like a fitbit if it really does help!

I would love to help but I am in the same boat! I've been working for over a year and I've only lost 18 pounds! I've tried Insanity, 30DS, C25k, Turbo Jam, and now I'm going exercise classes times a week. Still nothing. I would like to see others responses as well!

I have coach 5k and that was free and the exact same program as C25k!

I'm 5' 4" and about 165 lbs. The past 2 weeks or so I haven't been the most accurate at logging but that's thanks to being in a show and having zero time to log at night but I was keeping track in my head on how many calories at night I was consuming. I was under most days. Now today I'm up 3 pounds! Oh the frustration.
