From what I've read is that you don't necessarily gain muscle weight that quick, however, your body can retain water to repair the muscle.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm going to keep at it, keep my calories at 1500 and incorporate more cardio.

I may be eating too much. I have a trainer and I've been doing really intense workouts, I cant really log them on MFP because it's hour and 15 mins of various exercises.

My clothes fit loser. I actually look like I'm more toned. I've been receiving compliments. I'm not sure what's going on with my body. Would my menstrual cycle effect weight loss?
-
Thanks for the feedback everyone! I will try to keep my caloric intake at 1500

I haven't been logging as much as I should, because of my schedule (I know it's not an excuse) but I have been consistent with my diet. i'm using numerical estimates from MFP.

Thanks. I'm really hoping that's what it is. I've been working out for a month!
-
Okay done! Thanks

How do I make it public? Sorry!
-
Oh okay. "Butt hurt"? Is that what it's called? Silly me, I thought I was responding to your forum post. You did make it public right? Oh Ok. I've made my point. Enjoy your rant.

More than likely they have low self esteem. I'm not sure why someone would care about that. If you want to get technical some people would consider a her wearing a size 12 fat. But that's objective because some people say a size 12 is average. So then would she be one of those so called "Fat people"? I often wonder what…

Okay, cool. I'm glad you made this an issue to care about. I hope you make a difference in the world by taking this "issue" head on on MFP. Maybe one day all the "fat people" in the world will stop calling themselves curvy.
-
Okay? So what if they have? What's your point? And who cares? What does that have to do with you? If you feel you're curvy you are, just like if they feel they're curvy they are. Curviness comes in all weights and heights.
-
Oh okay.
-
No, but it makes no sense to sit and talk about how other people DEFINE their BODIES. Worry about your body and support others. Who cares if someone 200lbs calls themselves curvy. What does it have to do with you? Or anything else for that matter?
-
Oh BTW, you don't have to be an HOURGLASS to have curves, you can be pear shape, etc etc. Honestly this post was a little stupid and narcissistic.

When I have really intense workouts I'll usually go over my calories because I have morning and evening workouts. On days where I have low intensity workouts I'm usually not hungry enough to eat my extra calories. Not to mention I don't measure my servings, I'm pretty much guessing ounces etc. so I think sometimes I may be…

I'm on day 6 and I love it. I can get through level 1 nonstop, so I think I'm going to go to level 2 on day 7. Hang in there it gets better!

That's awesome Kevin! Thanks for the tips. I'm excited to complete this. I'm on day 4 and my endurance is picking up. I'm eating clean for the most. I do eat carbs in the am and for lunch. Wish me luck!
