Working out and gaining weight
I've been working out for a little over a month and the first week I initially lost 6 pounds. I recently stepped on the scale and gained all that weight back plus 4 pounds! I've been sticking to my diet. Lifting 3 x a week and cardio 6x a week. Has anyone else experience this?

When the scale doesn't move!!
I've been doing 30DS, Turbofire HIIT 15 and BBL for the past week. I do this along with a 1200-1500 calorie diet. I've lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my thighs and 2 inches off my stomach. But the scale hasnt moved! I actually gained two pounds. I want to lose weight as well as inches. This is so discouraging!

30DS and BBL
I just started 30DS and BBL. I've notice alot of people didn't experiences much weight loss but more so inches with 30DS. Has anyone did the combination of both? Also I could use some tips on how can I get the weight loss I'm looking for, I'm looking to lose 20-30 pounds.
