When the scale doesn't move!!

I've been doing 30DS, Turbofire HIIT 15 and BBL for the past week. I do this along with a 1200-1500 calorie diet. I've lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my thighs and 2 inches off my stomach. But the scale hasnt moved! I actually gained two pounds. I want to lose weight as well as inches. This is so discouraging!
