Hi my name is Jolita and I've been natural now for 2.5 yrs. Congrats on your new baby! Exercising with natural hair hasn't been a very big problem I guess because I wear puffs and buns and protective styles so that seems to work out a lot for me. This would probably work good for exercising classes like Zumba!!!

Well most of the parties I go to are at my job so I am mentally prepared. I make sure i get in enough exercise the morning plenty of water and i eat light breakfast maybe consume fruits and then I don't overload, but i give myself a chance to have some yummy things. Zumba is no joke, it's a serious workout!! The moves are awesome....

I expect the weight gain andI am no longer bothered by it.....drink your water, and get some movement in nothing extreme a little walk....i also drink a laxative tea called smooth move to get rid of that bloat and gas.....hope this helps

I can truly relate to this. In my 30's the weight just dropped quickly.now recently as back in March of this yr I found it hard to lose just one pound, but because elected to just eat healthy for life and exercise daily for my heart. This is a healthy lifestyle. In time it will come off and you will see it and feel it.
