  • I can't even lower myself to the toilet, and I have to fall into my recliner... OUCH!! I'm so glad that tomorrow is a rest day!! I admit, the idea of 250 squats is pretty darn intimidating to me right now!!

    My trainer suggested not going too low as you may lose form.....even his knees turned inwards when he went too low. He suggested using a chair as a guide so you don't go too low......just touch your butt on the edge of the seat & then come back up.

    Great suggestion about using the chair as a guide! I just started this yesterday. :smile:
