I have cut out potatos and bread almost 100%, allthought I did make a healthy version of chicken and dumplings this week that is hight on carbs. I am finding 50% or more of my carbs are coming from fruit

I like cut up a half of banana and put a little bit of hershey syrup on it..put it in the freezer for a little while...Yummy

I have learned that even if I eat all day long....I still have an strong urge to eat at around 8 PM or whenever my day is done and I am sitting in front of the TV...I really do not think I can change this...I do generally skip breakfast....I am not hungry in the morning....probably because i eat so late at night...lol

I used to use flavored hazelnut cream in my coffee...I switched to hazelnut coffee with a few splenda and fat free milk...It works for me :)

I make chocolate oatmeal as well...except I use dark chocolate almond milk...yummy :)

I am thinking about ordering Shakeology. How have your results been with it. Do you find it to be satifsying. Do you feel a difference in your energy level..etc..??

Thank you everyone for your suggestions......some of you are meanies...lol....but maybe that is what I need to hear (btw...I am aware that 469 calories over my goal is high...I was just surpised it wasn't higher...I am at a 1200 calorie goal)

I grill it with a can of low sodium soup...My favorite is French onion (sometimes I will add mushrooms too)...but I have used the low fat cream soups as well...sometimes I will add veggies to give it a "pot pie" filling effect.

I love Mexican food.....I always do Mexican..without the cheese...no sour cream...and extra salsa...and refired beans...still full of flavor and ALOT less fat and calories..and lots of fiber :)
