I love kettlebells, but they need to be used properly or you will hurt yourself! I don't do that specific workout, but use them in the gym with a trainer - I find them vry effective - I have a set at home for use on my off days and they seem to workl!

Is it too late to join you all??? My name is Jacquelin, from Victoria, BC Canada. As of today, I currently weigh 246 - dwn 9 from my start of 255. My all time high was 270 :( I would love to have some help with motivation and this seems a great weigh to do it!!!!

You are all totally inspirational!!! I have about 110 pounds to lose ( 101 to go!) My friends tell me to get surgery, but I want my loss to be sustainable - and I want to be healthy, not just skinny!!! Thank you so much for sharing your journeys - it makes it all seem possible! :)
