    3. I need to print something clever on my undies so the people behind me can be entertained when my pants fall off.

    ...or maybe sudoku.

    1. Stop procrastinating exercise.

    2. Plan meals better so that I (a) am not scrambling at the last minute to throw something together which usually turns out to be not a good meal and (b) don't end up eating/ordering out.

#1 STOP counting calories just until lunch time. I get home, have a drink or two, and snack.
#2 in line with 1, stop saying "I'll start tomorrow" every night.
#3 commit to my runs. I get excited planning them, but don't always go through with them

    1. I need to slow down and sit when i eat. Partly leaving current job as that isn't possible.
    2. Get back on my bike.
    3. More lean proteins.

Started with forgiving myself and allowing myself to have one day a week i can eat into my exercise calories (if I need to as out for dinner, etc.). Doing much better already but if I can add in those three above goals, will be doing great!!!
