I'll go first. I have 3 things off the top of my head:

1. eat more vegetables. i'm embarrassingly low on veggie intake. i get 1 serving a day at best.
2. stop procrastinating workouts. i've been pushing them later and later every day, which leads me to #3...
3. get more sleep. i go to bed too late, and have a really hard time getting up. story of my life.

I need to drink more water
Eat more raw fruits and veggies
Definitely need more sleep (we all seem to be sleep deprived on here)

And I need to work on NOT feeling so guilty when I take time for myself, whether it's to work out or just chill out. Everyone needs 'Me' time!

  • 1. Get more than 4 hours of sleep a night.
    2. Drink more water; however, I did find a great app for my iPhone a couple weeks ago called Waterlogged that I've set to remind me
to drink my water every 15 mins and I've been able to drink at least my minimum 2 liters a day...trying to work up to 4 liters.
    3. Be more vigilant about working out on the weekends like I am on the week days.

    2. Less procrastination on workouts, doing weights at 11pm is not working out well. *sigh*

    1. EAT MY GREENS! I usually don't like vegetable unless they've been broiled...so I'm working on that one!
    2. Exercising on days that I'm not dancing for 3 hours. It usually makes me feel a little guilty...
    3. Get a good nights sleep...especially during the school year when I'm mad busy...when I lose sleep, I don't have energy and I end up being stressed out about everything!

#1 STOP counting calories just until lunch time. I get home, have a drink or two, and snack.
#2 in line with 1, stop saying "I'll start tomorrow" every night.
#3 commit to my runs. I get excited planning them, but don't always go through with them
