#1 STOP counting calories just until lunch time. I get home, have a drink or two, and snack.
#2 in line with 1, stop saying "I'll start tomorrow" every night.

stop letting one mistake ruin my whole day
eat healthy ALL day not just breakfast and lunch, i tend to eat crap after lunch and snack a lot at night

1. stop sabotaging myself on the weekends with SALT from eating out (and drinking)
2. spend less time stepping on/off the scale in different positions on weigh-in-days in hopes the number will change

1. I need to slow down and sit when i eat. Partly leaving current job as that isn't possible.
2. Get back on my bike.
3. More lean proteins.
Started with forgiving myself and allowing myself to have one day a week i can eat into my exercise calories (if I need to as out for dinner, etc.). Doing much better already but if I can add in those three above goals, will be doing great!!!0 -

1---Need to quit checking the fridge at night to see if the food fairies have accidentally left something I think I want.
2--After finding that the food fairies failed, need to quit over-snacking on healthy foods...those calories count also!
3--Need more sleep which I should be doing instead of #1 and #2 (This isn't a bathroom reference!!!)0
