Unsure if you still need any info. But I've been Paleo for about 4 months, and eating a lot less than I used to. I only lost about 5 pounds. I started the "Slim Shots" about 4 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds since starting. They won't work if you are not eating right. But I feel great and now am finally seeing results.

I have started stretching everyday. But I feel like my muscles are getting tighter, not looser. Any tips?

I believe it is just boredom! And habit. I graze. Even if I just ate, because nothing else is going on, so I fill my time with munching on snacks.

I hope you get through it. My mom has recently been diagnosed with heart failure. Dont worry too much she is getting stronger everyday. And I am starting my third year of college at the end of july.
