i got down to 127 but would like to see 125, tho thats probably unrealistic and maybe even unhealthy, id be happy to maintain around 130 but with less body fat

there's your problem right there...hrms are better than nothing but are NOT accurate...they overestimate a LOT so if you're eating back your hrm cals burned, you're probably overeating

worst medication ever all it did for me was make me yawn all day, and if i missed it by even half an hour, i'd get withdrawal "brain zaps" got off that **** quick!! no weight gain as far as i remember

i'm the same way, always ready to eat, never satisfied, always thinking of when i can stick things in my mouth next...it doesnt matter how much protein or whatever else i eat at a meal i think half the battle is the mindset, evaluate whether or not you're actually hungry or just want to eat, there is a difference

decide whether to log wakeup to bedtime or 12am-12pm and stick to it...i have a weird schedule too and 12-12 works best for me...as long as you stay consistent it will all even out

get a dry erase board for your fridge and write everything down, use your phone, keep a note pad...i could never forget
